“Borderline” 2024
Borders leave traces; each crossing physically "cut" in"the body or space.
Artist crawl between ropes soaked in tempera paint, stretched chaotically in the gallery hall, leaving traces of paint on artist body, clothes and surfaces. The artist's body is the canvas. Each time, the crossed border becomes visible: stains, streaks. This is the artist's path of immigration.
But the artist's trace remains on the ropes, too.
